Are there any shipping charges formy order?

We’re happy to share that shipping is
free on all orders above ₹450 within India. For international deliveries, a
standard shipping fee of ₹1199 per order applies.

How long will it take to dispatch my order?

We usually ship your order within 24–72 hours of placement. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link on email and SMS. For personalized jewellery, please allow up to 14 days, and for made-to-order pieces, up to 25 days for production and shipping.

How long does delivery take?

After your order is confirmed, processing can take up to 48 hours. Once shipped, most deliveries reach you within 4–6 business days depending on your location. We’ll keep you updated via SMS, email, and WhatsApp every step of the way.

Can I get faster or same-day delivery?

We always try to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but at present, same-day delivery isn’t guaranteed. We’re actively working with delivery partners to bring this option soon. Meanwhile, you can check estimated delivery times by entering your pincode at checkout.

How can I track my order?

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive updates on SMS, email, and WhatsApp, including details of the delivery partner and your tracking ID. Our team is here to help anytime you need support with tracking.

Do you deliver across India?

Yes, we deliver to almost all pin codes in India. Simply enter your pin code on the product page to check delivery availability for your address. If you face any issues, please reach out—we’d love to assist you and make your shopping smooth.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to over 20 countries including the US, UK, Australia, France, Germany, Singapore, Japan, and many more.

Will I get a call before delivery?

Yes! Once your jewellery is out for delivery, our courier partner will send you a text. In many cases, the delivery person may also give you a call before arriving.

What if I got a message saying my order was delivered, but I haven’t received it?

We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer support team at (Support Contact number will be updated) (10 AM–6:30 PM) or raise a ticket. Our logistics partner will investigate, which may take up to 72 hours. Thank you for your patience—we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

What should I do if items are missing from my order?

Our automated warehouses are designed to prevent such errors, but in the rare case it happens, please contact us at (Support Contact number will be updated) (10 AM–6:30 PM) or raise a ticket within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll investigate within 48 hours and resolve the issue promptly.

Returns, Replacements & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love what you buy! That’s why we offer a simple 7-day return policy for unused and unworn items—no questions asked.

Please note: jewellery coins are not eligible for return. Items must be sent back in original packaging, along with any free gifts if your order value falls below ₹2199. Refunds are processed after we carefully check the returned items.

I didn’t like the product. How can I return my order?

You can easily place a return request through our website:

Log in with your registered email. If you don’t have an account, you can create one using the same phone number and email ID you used while ordering.

Select the order you’d like to return, click Return, choose the items and reason, and confirm.

A return pickup will be scheduled, and you’ll receive an email confirmation from Shiprocket.

If you don’t receive confirmation, please let us know—we’ll book the return for you manually.

Can I exchange my order for another product?

Yes, exchanges are possible within 30 days of delivery. You can exchange your piece for the same item or choose another design. If the new item costs more, we’ll collect the difference.

How do I place a replacement or exchange request?

Whether you received a faulty product or simply want a different one, you can request a replacement or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Any price differences will be collected/refunded.

The process is the same as returns—log in, select your order, and choose Return. A pickup will be arranged, and you’ll get confirmation via email. If you don’t, please reach out and we’ll assist manually.

How are refunds processed for returned orders?

Once your return is picked up (usually within 3 working days), we initiate your refund within 48 hours.

For prepaid orders: Refunds go back to the original payment method.

For COD orders: You’ll receive a Razorpay link to provide your bank details and choose how you’d like to receive the refund.

For wallet payments: The refund will be credited back to your wallet, as per RBI guidelines.

Refunds for mixed payments will be made in the same proportion as the original transaction.

How long does it take for return pickup?

Pickups are usually completed within 3 working days after placing your request. If it takes longer, please raise a ticket—we’ll look into it right away.

What if I want to return a product after the return window has closed?

Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. However, your jewellery is covered by our Warranty Policy. If you face issues like fading, you can claim warranty through the Resonate App, and we’ll replace your product. (Warranty is applicable only on jewellery products.)

Is the return policy applicable on all products?

The return policy applies to all products except coins.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Yes, return shipping charges are borne by the customer.

Wallet & Points

Can I pay for my entire order using the Resonate Wallet?

Yes, you can pay the full value of your order using your Resonate Wallet balance.

Can I pay for my entire order using Resonate Points?

Resonate Points can be applied for up to 20% of your order value.

Warranty

When and how can I claim Warranty?

We offer a 6-month warranty for plating or manufacturing defects found within six months of delivery.

Please note:

  • The warranty applies only to jewellery and coins.
  • Claims can be raised exclusively through the Resonate website.

Coupons & Discounts

My coupon code isn’t working, what should I do?

Coupon codes are case-sensitive, so please double-check the letters. Some codes may have expired, while others apply only to specific products or collections.
If you’ve verified everything and it still doesn’t work, please raise a ticket—we’ll be happy to help.

Can I use multiple coupon codes for one order?

Only one discount code can be applied per order, even if multiple offers are active.

I forgot to apply a coupon code when placing my order. Can I add it afterward?

Coupon codes can only be applied during checkout, so they can’t be added later.

Is Resonate jewellery made of pure silver?

Yes. Our jewellery is crafted in 925 silver, the global standard for jewellery-grade silver. Every piece carries a 925 stamp and an authenticity certificate.

Do you use natural diamonds?

We use 100% lab-grown diamonds, certified by IGI/SGL. They are identical to natural diamonds in beauty and quality, but are more ethical and sustainable.

How do I take care of my silver jewellery?

Our pieces are rhodium-coated to minimize tarnishing. To keep them shining:

  • Store in a zip-lock bag when not in use
  • Keep away from perfumes, soaps, heat, and chemicals
  • Protect from physical impact (jewellery is delicate)
  • If needed, re-polish through us or a trusted jeweller

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. But we recommend creating an account—it makes it easier to track orders, request cancellations or returns, and view your order history.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Just click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your registered email, and follow the reset link we send to your inbox.

Are my personal details safe?

Absolutely! We keep your personal information secure and never share it with third parties. We also don’t store sensitive financial details like bank accounts or UPI IDs.

International Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to over 20 countries including the US, UK, Australia, France, Germany, Singapore, Japan, and many more.

How long does international delivery take?

International orders usually take about 15 days. Personalized jewellery may take up to 30 days.

What are the international shipping charges?

A flat fee of ₹1199 is charged for international deliveries.

What are the return and warranty policies for international orders?

Our return and warranty policies apply globally, but customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Payments & Refunds

How can I pay for my order?

We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, COD, bank transfers, and EMI options through Ola, Simpl, and Zest Money.
(Please note: international cards are not accepted at this time.)

My payment was deducted but I didn’t get anorder confirmation. What should I do?

Order confirmations usually arrive within 10–15 minutes. If you don’t receive one within 24 hours, please raise a ticket.

  • If your payment was received, we’ll process your order manually.
  • If not, the payment gateway will refund your amount within 5–7 working days.
Do you offer EMI options?

Yes, EMI options are available through Simpl and Zest Money at checkout.

Do I need to pay any extra charges apart fromwhat I see on the website?

No, all prices displayed are inclusive of taxes. If you’re ever asked for extra, please let us know immediately.

What is the COD limit?

COD is available for orders up to ₹10,000. For higher amounts, please use a digital payment method.
